Brian had to be in San Jose for 3 days for work so we decided to make a family trip out of it. We went to the Children's museum which was the kids favorite thing we did. They had a fire truck, ambulance, wagon and a water area among other things. Carter loved the water area, for half an hour he played with the balls in the water, he was sad when we left.
The next day we went to Happy Hollow Zoo with Aunt Andrea and had a fun time seeing some animals and going on a few rides. Being in the Bay Area is nostalgic for us since we lived there for a year and a half so we made sure to drive by some of our favorite spots.
We went up to San Francisco to Pier 39 where we stopped and had some clam chowder and saw the seals. The kids loved the seals, especially Sydney. Blake made sure we drove over the Golden Gate Bridge, I wasn't able to get pictures because it was really foggy so you couldn't even see the top half of the bridge.
It was a fun trip but we are glad to be home, afterall it is hard to sleep in hotel room with 4 kids!
